I sought to portray the pure joy and innocence of thrill and the open-hearted self-unawareness it brings. Saffi, the partner of a dear friend from my men's group, modelled effortlessly for this painting during a session in Bristol. I employed videography to document the pose and expression, then utilized digital acrylics and inks on my reliable laptop to merge modern and traditional styles in this painting.
