Shipping policy

Your order is processed within 4 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your artwork approval email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please understand that while we want to get your portrait to you as safely and speedily as possible, shipping firms are subject to their own internal and external forces (eg customs, weather, national holidays) which are outside of our control. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer international shipping to all countries in the world, except, at this time, we do not ship to Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Central African Republic, Cuba, Gaza Strip, Haiti, Laos, Myanmar, Niue, Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic and Yemen. This list is subject to change depending on world events.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at studio@timcumming.art with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In our emails, we will share a tracking link so you can keep abreast of progress.
