My goal was to illustrate the feeling of readiness for change and the freedom it brings from our stuckness. Featured in this artwork is James, a compassionate spiritual friend, who brought a playful attitude to our evening session in Bristol. I captured the pose and expression with videography, then blended traditional and modern styles using digital acrylics and inks on my trusty laptop for this painting.
