I sought to capture the assertion of proclaiming ourselves and the soul-level freedom it brings. This piece showcases Saffi, the wife of a close friend from my men's group, who modelled with ease during a session in Bristol. I used videography to seize the pose and expression, then applied digital acrylics and inks on my trusty laptop to harmonize modern and classical aesthetics in this painting.
