I intended to illustrate both the profound immersion in engaging in spirit and the rejuvenation it provides. This painting features Saffi, the spouse of a dear friend from my men's group, who posed with grace during a modelling session in Bristol. I employed videography to capture the pose and expression and utilized digital acrylics and inks on my trusty laptop to blend contemporary and traditional elements in this artwork.
