When we accuse others, we introduce anger to our own hearts, and then we project that outwards to the unfortunate recipient. Accusation and judgment affect both parties.
I aimed to capture both the internal furnace of accusation and the physical distance it creates in our souls. The model featured here is Kevin, a wonderful spiritual friend whom I painted during a session in Bristol. I employed videography to capture the pose and expression and utilized digital acrylics and inks on my reliable laptop to fuse modern and classical styles in this artwork.
